Fiesta Motors of Lubbock Limited Warranty
The vehicle you are buying comes with a Limited Warranty. Fiesta Motors will pay 100% of the labor and 100% of the parts for the components listed below that may fail during the next 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first less a standard $100.00 deductible ($250.00 deductible for Four Wheel Drive Vehicles). Work to be completed at the Fiesta Motors of Lubbock facility or it's designee. For covered repairs that occur outside a 30-mile radius of the Fiesta Motors facility, these repairs must be pre-approved before any work is conducted. Only the following parts are covered in this Limited Warranty:
* ENGINE -- All internal lubricated parts, fuel pump, oil pump, thermostat, timing gears (chain or belt), and water pump. The engine block and heads are covered if damaged by failure of an internal lubricated part. (NOT INCLUDED ARE THE CARBURATION AND GASOLINE OR DIESEL FUEL INJECTION COMPONENTS.)
*TRANSMISSION -- All internal lubricated parts,seals, gaskets, torque converter and transfer case. The transmission case is covered only if damaged by failure of an internal lubricated part.
* TRANSFER UNIT (4X4) -- All internal parts; transfer case is covered if damaged by the failure of an internal moving part.
DRIVE AXLE(s) -- All internal parts; "U" joints; propeller shafts; CV/Tripod joints; differential case damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated internal part.
STEERING (sanual or power) -- All internal parts in rack and pinion; all internal parts in recirculating ball housing, power steering pump; steerring main and intermediate shafts; power steering cooloer; control valve; pitman arm;idler arm; tie rod end.
ELECTRICAL -- Alternator and voltage regulator; starter motor; starter drive and starter; solenoid motor.
BRAKES -- Master cylinder, power assist booster and valve; wheel cylinders; calipers; combination valves; steel lines and fittings; backing plates; vacuum assist booster pump; springs; clips and retainers; self steel lines and fittings; backing plates; vacuum assist booster pump; springs; clips and retainers; self adjusters; rear activators; parking brake linkage and cables.
ANTI-LOCK BRAKES (ABS) -- Electronic control unit; anti-lock computer module; wheel speed sensors/exciters; proportioning valves; high pressure hydraulic pump; electro-hydraulic proportioning control valve; accumulator.
COOLING -- Radiator; fan clutch and fan; engine cooling fan motors; heater core.
FUEL DELIVERY -- Fuel injector metering pump; fuel injectors; fuel distibutor; diesel injection pump; fuel tank; metal fuel lines.
SEALS AND GASKETS -- Seals and gaskets; if needed, are covered for the following assemblies: Engine; Turbo/Supercharger; Transmission; Transfer Unit and Drive AXLE(s); Steering; Front Suspension; Rear Suspension and Anti-Lock Brakes.
Proper maintenance of the above-described vehicle in accordance with factory standards is a condition precedent to coverage under the Limited Warranty. Abuse of the vehicle may void this Limited Warranty.
You understand that prior authorization by Fiesta Motors is required on repairs covered by this Limited Warranty. Replacement of any part may be made with new parts or with used or reconditioned parts of like kind and quality at the time of breakdown, at the option of Fiesta Motors.
You further understand that in the event the above described vehicle should need services Fiesta Motors will not provide a loan car.
This Limited Warranty is not transferable. This warranty excludes consequential damages.
OTHER THAN THE (6) MONTH 6,000 MILE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF OF MERCHANTABILITY ARE HEREBY DISCOUNTED. BUYER ACCEPTSTHE VEHICLE IN ITS "AS IS" CONDITION WITH ALL FAULTS. NO OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE CREATED BY USAGE OR CUSTOM OR ANY ACTION TAKEN BY SELLER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
